• Flat Rate Nationwide: $8.50 NZD per order.
• Rural Delivery: Additional $3.85 applies to rural addresses (calculated at checkout).
• Processing Time: Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment.
• Delivery Timeframes: Most parcels arrive within 2–5 business days (rural or inter-island may take longer).
• Tracking: All orders include tracking details sent to your email.
• Delays: We are not responsible for courier delays once items are in transit, but we’ll assist with tracking updates where possible.
• Hygiene Policy: For health and safety reasons, brushes and brush cleaners are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used.
• Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
• Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll organise a replacement or refund once confirmed.
• Lost Parcels: We are not responsible for parcels once tracking shows as delivered. If your parcel is lost in transit, we will assist you in making a claim with the courier.
